The lyrics have been written by Robert Sieradzki, a dedicated friend, who is also the author of the lyrics of Believe's two previous albums. The lyrics fit to the music perfectly and just intuitively reflect the emotions evoked by the collection of the album sounds. The music itself is a result of feelings and life experiences of all Believe members: Mirek Gil (ex-Collage, ex-Mr. Gil, guitars), Karol Wróblewski (vocals, flute, keyboards), Przemas Zawadzki (ex-Collage, bass guitar), Satomi (violin), and Vlodi Tafel (drums & percussion). This new project is a fresh look on the musical reality, and that is why, after tedious and deep search, Believe managed to find new energy to present 11 new compositions to its fans. The creation of the new Believe sounds would be much more difficult if it was not for Paulina Druch (cello) and Bartek Zbroszczyk (guitar). The mix of the album has been performed by no one else than Włodek Kowalczyk, Polish producer responsible for completion of projects of such musical legends as Klaus Mit Foch, Róże Europy, Daab, Oddział Zamknięty, Dezerter, and Lady Pank. In order to get even more advanced sound quality, Believe collaborated with Andy Jackson, prominent British sound engineer, who was in charge of Pink Floyd's and David Gilmour's albums. Andy is happy to have been nominated for the Grammy reward twice. His most recent work that he carried out was David Gilmour's album Live in Gdańsk . Andy's mastering work is only a little element that Believe had been looking for a long time until they finally succeeded. What are the results of all those efforts? Just find out yourselves. Join the new world of Believe music. This Bread is Mine is scheduled for release in August this year. |
